Regus - Athens, Glifada Labraki

I regret to state that my recent experience with Regus Glyfada (Labraki) has been unsatisfactory from both a contractual and billing standpoint, compounded by inadequate communication and consistently poor responsiveness. Despite having a clearly agreed fee, all the invoices reflected a higher charge. No written amendment, prior notification, or consent was provided regarding any price adjustment. As a business professional, I place significant importance on contractual clarity and financial transparency. Any deviation from agreed commercial terms without prior approval raises serious concerns regarding internal billing controls and compliance standards. Every time, I have to formally request correction of the invoice and am currently awaiting proper rectification. Since the very beginning of the process, not a single invoice has been issued correctly and no reimbursement has been completed on time. The team demonstrates significant deficiencies in client relationship management. The level of responsiveness and overall service quality falls materially below reasonable professional standards. While I hope this matter will be resolved promptly and professionally, I would advise prospective clients to carefully review all contractual terms and monitor invoicing closely. Transparency and adherence to agreed terms are fundamental in any business relationship.

Worldwide player! You’d think everything runs professionally? In Greece, Regus Glyfada—from my experience—seems fine… until you leave. Then, you have to beg for your retainer/deposit. They tell you to request the return through your online account and online account says to count 30 days. The catch? First, you have to submit a COMPLAINT through the receptionist—if she decides to do you the favor. In my case, it took a full month and constant follow-ups just to get her to submit it. They call it a "Request," and only then does the 30-day countdown begin. Don’t fall into the trap! Mine is already two months overdue after that 30-day period, and I still haven’t received it. And don’t expect any updates—you’ll be chasing it yourself through endless calls. Unbelievable! Update: A week after their reply confirming the (another) case was registered—still no action, still no refund. Absolutely unacceptable service!

We called them on their "24 hour" phone number on Saturday to book a meeting space and the recording said they are closed. We sent a contact request form and got an automatic email back saying to call the 24 hour number if we want to book faster and not wait, but again the recording said they are closed. Monday morning by 11 they still hadn’t called us back so we tried calling again. 2 calls no answer. We definitely won’t be using these services.

They don’t accept any kind of card as a payment method… It’s 2024 and they think professionals and businesses should carry cash or use finance department resources for small amounts of money such as 50-60€… It’s a shame for such a brand…

Location is good, parking is easy. The rest is not working too well.
