Dionysios took us around several properties in our chosen area in the Mani about a year ago. We found a perfect half built property that had not appeared in any online searches. Dionysios then acted as contact and interpreter in our dealings with the builder to settle a final specification. He even came with us to pick the tiles and bathrooms for the house! Dionysios also introduced us to a very good lawyer who was able to, arrange tax numbers, a bank account, complete the house purchase (while we were in the UK), draft a completion contract with the builder and successfully obtain a Golden Visa. We have now been living in the house for three months and today Dionysios arranged for someone to come and fix one of the AC units in the house. For people used to UK estate agents, the services offered by Messinia Properties for a fixed fee are amazing and are offered with a smile, patience, courtesy and fluent English and German. I cant recommend this company enough!
