We have had a very good experience with Talos Properties. Andreas and Nekataria helped us buy a house in the Splantzia district of the old town in 2013. We are based in Jakarta, Indonesia, so good communication was very important. Andreas selected a number of potential properties and provided us with detailed videos to help our decision-making to buy the house. He also helped select a good lawyer, notary public and accountant to facilitate the deal, and the fact that, now that we are in the house renovation phase, we are still working with all three of them shows that his choices were good. Andreas helpfully stayed involved after we had closed the deal for some unresolved legal issues (now finalized), and worked with our architect and renovation manager to ensure that the entire process from buying to renovating the property went as smoothly as can be expected. Last but not least, we had some fun dinner parties with Andreas and Nektaria in which their Greek hospitality and Andreas' infectious laugh ensured that we felt very welcome in what will be our new home from 2017 onward. We came to Chania not knowing anything about this beautiful island. We contacted various estate agents in our quest for our perfect home. We were extremely lucky to have found Talos properties. Our initial contact was with Nektaria who immediately recognised our requirements and started compiling the possibilities. Once a list of possible properties was compiled and the owners contacted then the list was forwarded for our approval. We looked through the list and made our shortlist from the proposed options and then appointments were made. Once the appointments were made for the respective properties we met with Andreas to view them. We met with Andreas at the pre-arranged location and promptly drove to our first viewing. Throughout our journey to each and every viewing Andreas would take the time to explain about the specific location of where the property was situed, allowing us the knowledge in which we could make an educated decision on our future home, I have to commend Andreas on his knowledge as this proved a very valuable asset in our decision making. We found our perfect home rather quickly thanks to the efforts of both Andreas & Nektaria. But the exceptional levels of service did not end there as we then had to furnish our new home. Nektaria assisted us in the furnishing aspect of our moving in process and again her knowledge proved valuable to us.
